I need ideas to make Belle's gown on beauty and the beast, help?

I'm looking for ideas to make Belle's gown for a disney party. Any ideas on how i can make it look as original (like on the film) as possible. Also if you have any ideas for a tinkerbell costume include them. Thank you all so much!!!|||some ruffles, sequins, scrunches, and a low-ish v neck or you can just watch the movie too to get ideas.|||if you are handy and can sew (or kow someone who can sew) go on ebay and buy a pattern. i got a dress pattern from the Phantom of the Opera for $3|||yello bath robe or just go to the store and buy one use tisse paper fo tinker|||Try going to the second hand store and find an old prom dress or wedding gown and dye it yellow.
