I have tired their website (http://belletire.com), but there is only one 'contact us' email, and I believe it would be routed to the store that I have a concern with. I need someone higher up in the company to see my concern. I've also looked at the Better Business Bureau, and that doesn't seem to be the right place to go for me either.
